Driver delivering a skip reversed onto my drive and knocked down my wall. Company were initially helpful, but I ended up having to get the wall repaired myself out of my own pocket due to their inability to arrange for it to be fixed. Stay away!

Driver drove into my wall then drove off without speaking to me after I watched him do it from my front window. Lady owner came and accepted they had caused the damage and was initially reassuring but then became increasingly more and more difficult to get any repair work done and contact. Left me to contact 'their' builder that was incompetent and kept messing me about with dates and times. The builder was looking for anyway possible to get out of doing the job. Hopeless company and no respect for paying customers. If u do use them make sure you video them delivering or collecting waste so they can be held accountable for damage to your property.

I've used Burnham waste on a number of occasions regarding jobs when properties change ownership - they have always been extremely helpful, understanding and well organised. The last driver even gave us some pointers on how to most efficiently load up and save everyone some time!

Damaged my gate, and refused to accept liability!! Used them many times in the past without an issue.. They seemed to of lost their best driver, and hire incompetent divers, and refuse to accept responsibility for damage! Stay away, and use a competent company.

I used Burnham waste this week to get rid of the rubble after i broke up my driveway,,i wasnt sure what size skip i would need but with the friendly and polite advice of the girls in the office and the proffesional approach when it was delivered and collected ,,it all worked out perfect.
Really pleased i got them to do the job and wouldnt hesitate to reccomend them to anyone else or use them again myself.
