Fantastic we have just been for the first time in covid. Very well laid out, helpful staff in explaining site rules, hand sanitizer dotted about. Lots of room between cars. Only one person allowed out of each car unless something is heavy and needs 2. Well done what I thought maybe a stressful trip was very well organised

Well organised and spacious recycling centre. Shoes/clothes, wood/timber, electronics, large appliances (not fridges/freezers), glass, rubble, cardboard, paper, cannisters, bikes and cooking oil. All taken here free of charge for non commercial users. It's a sharp left from a main road going national speed limit so easy to miss if not looking out for it. It's located along a narrow lane too so cautious driving required along some of it. Well staffed who are helpful in case you need to check what goes where.

Doing their best considering the Covid - 19 epidemic, expect long ques.

Totatally not the staffs fault, don't think the layout site lends itself to any way to make it more efficient than it already is. Hand cleaners and wipes throughout for your use.

I unfortunately used this site last Monday What appalling Staff! A young man smirking watched as I struggled to lift an oil fitted radiator from my car boot They park you yards from the Electrical skip I said" I can't carry that across there" He said "well you better put it back in your car then" I dragged it across to the other side of the carpark and left it at the bottom of the steps A big man shouted "you can't leave that there" I said "I can't lift that up those steps" The angry response was "you'll have to put it behind next to the wall" They both watched as I struggled to get it round to the back of the skip What are these people being paid for? They are an absolute disgrace
No manners No thought for others No wonders people fly tip!

The centre is always very tidy and well laid out. There are occasional holdups when trucks empty the skips but the delays are minimal. The staff are always available and helpful.

We found the young man who helped us on 20/6/2018 extremely professional and knowledgeable about this facility. He made the use of the recycling centre due to a family bereavement a positve experience at a sensitive time. This facility appears very well run with very helpful staff. Thank you.
