Very Unhappy I rang upand asked if they had a doorcatch for a punto and after saying on the phone they did have one turned out they didnt (said they'd sold it) heard lots of bad stories about this place and what there involved in I would imagine our friend Jil Mukherjee (above review) is probably involved with this seedy little operation hence the 5 star review, the monkey I spoke to didn't seem to give a shiny sh*te about selling car parts, and I must say i'm sure one got a wiff of the "wakky bakky" whilst on the premises other than what i've said above a jolly decent place !!

Called em numerous times to scrap my car, kept saying he's on his way on his way on his way. Waited 2 days. Called othera around too which still havent come. I've got a parking ticket now thankyou very much for 'coming' to scrap my car.

Said they had what we needed but when we went it turned out they didn't. Reason I didn't give a 1 is they were friendly and apologetic, maybe this was just a one off mistake. Wasn't happy I travelled for part to find out they didn't have it tho!
