Good place. Well organised. The charity shop could do with some more spaces to park though.

3rd time in 4 years I've driven over a screw there, so now need a new tyre. Again. Everything else is great, booking system works well, plenty of space to unload. However, I'm now put off from using it, as it's costing too much in tyre replacements.

Booked online. Turned up on time. Straight in to a bay. Unloaded the car. Left. Staff friendly and helpful where i needed them. Going to the tip is better for the booking system.

Turning up "on the off chance they'd let me in" is exactly what the pre-booking system is designed to stop. I guess some people are so full of their own self-importance that they feel rules don't apply to them.

Keep up the good work, folks.

Officially you still need to book in to visit which we did, but nobody seems interested in checking you in, and the ANPR device to check your registration doesn't work either. Hasn't been for weeks now. Staff were helpful.
The recycling shop can be very useful, cheap prices, and polite, friendly staff.

Not the easiest to use online booking in system, however the layout at the recycling centre is excellent and well managed. We have used the recycle shop for both purchases and donations, very helpful and friendly staff.

Staff friendly and helpful. However booking system total and utter waste of time. Booked my time slot, and about 20 other cars all showed up at the same time.

Why is there a booking system in place?
If you have just cleared out your garage the last thing you are going to do is get your laptop out and book the tip.
Reducing access to the tip makes fly tipping more likely.
