One day, our building woke up to find all our bins had gone. Two days later, still no bins. Following up with our building management, we were told there was an "issue" and they were being replaced that day.

Cue 6 days later, and still no bins. They said they'd delivered them "to the wrong place" and it was taking three days to resolve this. They said they would remove all the rubbish that had piled up over the week once the bins were there.

They did not.

We also have highly unreliable pick up times. Sometimes it's three weeks before our rubbish is taken.

Avoid like the plague.

We have been using Business Waste for about a year now and they have been very good to deal with. We had a missed collection once but this was sorted out very quickly and smoothly.

The customer service team are always very helpful and friendly. It was very easy to amend my collections during lockdown and then again once our work place reopened.

Bunch of thieves they are. I changed suppliers to Business Waste to collect my waste. It took them three weeks to have my bin delivered after chasing them on the phone.

Two weeks into my bin being delivered its removed from our sight by their contractors reported the matter they said they will conduct an investigation, only to come back to me that said pay for the missing bin.

We have been operating over 17years and left our bins in the same place and never they went missing.

Reported the matter to the police to which I was advised they should have contacted the police directly as it was very usual. Cut long story short the bloody thieves are trying to force me into paying for the missing bin which was taken by their contractors.

NEVER APPROACH these thieves to collect your rubbish.

I agreed, really dishonest company, changed service to fortnightly (it means only a little bit waste) but their bin man still come every week and charge me overweight, I show pictures to them only half bin full after they last collection twelve days, but they still charged me overweight. Everybody in their company can issued invoice, I received nearly five invoice in one month. What's that mean? Confusion!!!!

Brilliant service! They organised a one call collection on the next day. The quote I received was very reasonable. The driver who came to collect my waste was extremely kind and helpful. He cleaned the site for less than 30 minutes. If you are looking for a company to come and collect all your waste, that's the right one! Very pleased with their service.
