Cancelled our contract as per agreement but got charged 3 times for removal of the bin,how can you remove a bin 3 times ?

Contacted them umpteen times spoke to several people nobody wanted to take ownership of the enquiry.

Did have one rambling quote about credit on our account ?

How is this possible when we closed our account months ago ?

Next stop maybe contacting the MD Mr David Adams perhaps he will be more help ?
