I have been using these guys for a year, it was great until a month ago, first they said they did not receive the payment and when I called they realised they had and offered to collect double next time around, then they had changed the bin day without informing us and sent an email saying your bin has not collected, when I spoke to their agent on the phone she said nothing could be done and that a manager would not get back to us until after Christmas! Extremely dissatisfied!

I have used busy bins for years for a number of different things.

From my waste bins at home when I forget to put them out, skip hire and even if I have a bit of overload (few extra bin bags etc)
The booking service online is very easy to use, the collection service is excellent when they say they will arrive they have always been on time, I have never had any issues.

They are very reasonably priced I would highly recommend this company! 5 stars from me, well overdue!

I have been using this company on and off for a few years now, mainly for one of bin pick up but for the last year I have a regular bin collection, the drivers are fantastic, on the off chance I forget to put my bin out they collect it from my drive and they always place it back.
I’ve found all the drivers to be very polite and really helpful.
I highly recommend Busy Bins.
They are quick to respond and keep you updated on your collection which I like.

Have just booked another collection with Busy Bins, we have used them many times over the years and always been very happy with the service. Such an easy booking system that takes minutes, very reasonably priced too. Great communication as well. Having a full bin stresses me out so much. I know that I can pop online book a collection and when I get home on collection day my bin is emptied (oh and put back neatly where I left it not down the road!) Highly recommended.

We have a few properties on short term lets (Airbnb etc), sometimes rubbish. We want to be considerate of the neighbours and ensure that we don't have overflowing rubbish etc. That's where Busy Bins comes in, they've provided us with a large bin which they collect weekly. Really good and responsive service, would definitely recommend!
