Best value and ethical mattress disposal. Having rung round and been given ridiculous quotes to dispose of our old mattress I discovered Bye Bye Bed on the Web. Quick book online giving 3 suitable dates for collection. I spoke with Paul as it was a bank holidays weekend and agreed a Saturday pick up. Paul was very friendly and proud of the companies “green” credentials which I totally believe in. If you want a no nonsense, simple transaction that is ethically sensitive with nice people to deal with then look no further. Many thanks to Paul and the collection driver who was also friendly.

Booked an old bed collection via the website on Sunday morning. Wasn't expecting any contact until Monday at the earliest, but received a phone call to confirm collection the following day at around lunchtime. Driver turned up at 12:30 as suggested, helped him load the old bed onto his van, job done as promised. Driver was nice guy & friendly. All for £25.00 which is cheaper than paying the council who then want you to leave the bed on the street for up to 28 days as they will not give you a collection date?!. Thank you BYE BYE beds..

This is Emma garbutt wife of Stephen garbutt your former landlord at unit D treefields industrial estate gildersome Leeds , the unit we let out to you
You still owe rent and rates of over £60,000 to us , Stephen was nothing but good to you whilst you were there and let you remain in there whilst still not paying rent , you do know Steve has just undergone cancer surgery for his prostate, and is recovering whilst trying to maintain a living for his myself and two young children and all the stress that brings with it.
I posted this over a month ago but took it down as you promised to pay something if I did that , you didn’t though did you Paul ? Why can’t you prove your half the man Steve is and face up to your responsibility and pay your debts ? You left our warehouse in a sorry state and we had an awful job cleaning it up, that you would treat anyone like this is horrible but to do this to someone who has cancer is unforgivable,I’m posting this from Steve’s email address so you know it’s genuine,
I really hope your customers read this and see just the type of man you are you make hollow promises whilst telling the world your an honest business man , All those mattresses and I still don’t know how you sleep at night

Great, friendly service from Paul & co. Our mattress was collected on time on the day we had selected, and we paid less than Leeds City Council would have charged. Good to know it's now being re-used rather than ditched in landfill - an excellent business.

Its great to have the confidence you are using a company that takes the environment and ethical disposal of beds seriously. The companies moral position is backed up by wonderfull customer service. Four hours after letting them know three beds were ready for collection to recycle they were heading up the road with them on the back of the truck. Cant speak too highly of this company.

Absolutely delighted to know that my old mattress can now be recycled ethically which is great for our environment.
This Mattress Recycling plant is open 7 days a week,24 hours a day so you can now take your old bed to them at your convenience.
