Used for years. Then they failed to turn up one day and have never made it back despite promising and promising and promising. Very sad but the company seems to have a completely inability to organise anything any more. I now have to arrange site clearance before the rats get too busy. Livid

excellent,helpful customer service desk, unfortunately cannot say the same for the transport department, calling twice daily for almost 2 weeks and a not so friendly email, they kept on promising collection but nothing happen until one fine afternoon out of the blue a big orange lorry appeared, the transport management should be working as street litter pickers 1st and work their way up, not dealing with important issues regarding H&S. Useless

During the lockdown
Asking for 50% reduced charge for the restaurant that is closed for 5 weeks and going to be closed for seaabale future. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

Has a recycle area for Leyton residents. So we all being our recyclable and 're usable items here to be disposed off or reused by local charities. Plus there's the bywaters waste depo next door for big item waste or industrial or businesss wastes
