Zero respect, I wanted to dispose of my OWN rubbish, they told me straight away that I am trade without asking me and that they don’t take trade on weekends. I was trying to dispose my own waste and not waste I got from a job. This is unbelievable that I can’t even dispose my own rubbish here. And how dare they decide that I am trade just because I borrow someone’s van. And there was multiple other vans disposing their own rubbish at the time. I am still in shock that they just decided that I am trade and they decided that it’s not my own stuff that I’m trying to get rid of, this is outrageous. And then the council complain that there is rubbish everywhere in the town when they themselves don’t even accept them when I take it to them… I’m extremely dissapointed in their service.

Absolutely disgusting treatment! Went and dropped some boxes off and didn't realise there was some polystyrene at the bottom of the box so they asked us to remove it which we did! He kept coming back checking the box! Giving us dirty looks! When i said to my husbandi couldnt help him with carrying the big box as ive just gone back to work having had a bad back the guy just stood next to us looked on and didnt even offer to help! Went over to his colleague and started bad mouthing us to his colleague! On leaving gave us dirty looks and glared at out car! Honestly could do with going back to school and learning so respect!

Extremely helpful guys who run the place, will advise on what you can and can't put in certain bins. Well laid out, making it easy to find where to put recyclables etc also. I often go there.

Although the site was very busy thus afternoon, the very helpful an organised staff guided us to park right next to the skip thet most of the things needed to go in. They got us in and out very quickly and efficiently, even offering to take one item that had to go in a distant skip so that we could get out and leave room for the next person to unload.

Well done guys during a very busy time.

Always a pleasant experience each time we go the guys there can’t do enough for you. Elderly Mum only has to get out of the car and the guys always say hello ask how she is and take anything from her to dispose. Positive reception every time.
