I had a Rugrats jacket item in my hand took it off the dummy as the staff were on their lunch, went around the whole shop with the item and went to till and the lady said “oh this is sold” and took it right out of my hand as it was sold by phone, The phone called happen when I was in the shop still holding the item but unfortunately the phone customer must get first preference. Won’t be back come to ballymena especially for this.
