Excellent. Collected and dropped off a sofa from a friend's house. They had a availability on the day so was able to call just after 9am and have the item collected and dropped off in less than two hours which was an added bonus. Richard is a Superstar!!!
He helped us out of a very sticky situation.
We were let down by another House Clearance company the day before completion, and we were stuck with nowhere to go!!!
I phoned Richard at 7.30am on that day, never thinking that he would be able to help BUT he did. He came round within 30minutes to have a look and see if he could do anything and later that afternoon he came back and cleared our parents house.
We are so grateful and would definitely recommend Canary Clearances for a 5 star friendly, reliable service!

Review based on customer service alone- recently called up about their furniture collection and the guy on the other end of the phone was very rude and unwelcoming, basically told me my request wasn’t worth their time. Since the website boasts of ‘great customer service’ and ‘furniture collection’ I thought they would be able to do exactly that. Very disappointed by how he spoke to me!

If you need your house cleared then Canary House Clearance is the company for you , we were let down by another local company (Easy) on the morning of the Clearance and only 24hrs before completion of the sale , we didn't know what to do , we rang Richard hoping he could help , He was a life saver, round within 30 mins of our call and back the same afternoon to clear the property, that is 5 star service, what a company Canary Clearances are and what a great guy Richard is .
