Eastern European staff member was incredibly rude just because my wife added some wood to a place before the skip, just as others were doing... he shouted at her and was incredibly rude and aggressive. Even other people said that it was uncalled for. This person should not be allowed to get away with this type of behaviour.

Visited Cannock recycling this morning with a few items from a bathroom refit as I am struggling with a new hip and knee replacement I was a but concerned how I was going to manage Thankfully one of the workers there named Jim came to my rescue and emptied the car Great Chap many thank JIM . 100% top man .

I'm very unhappy to have been in my local tip today and seen a gentleman who was working there and who was spread all over social media as been court a few years ago talking to under age girls which I think is disgusting that he has even got a job working in this environment action needs to be taken

On Saturday 5th June 2023 whilst depositing my household garden waste at the site, my car keys came out of my pocket. I wish to thank the staff at the site for their efforts in attempting to find the keys for me. Although we were unsuccessful they did everything they could to assist, moving the skip I had been by and moving items around in the skip. When we could not find the car keys, a staff member allowed me to use his phone to contact my son for help. They were a credit to your organisation. Unfortunately I did not get their names. Please pass on my tanks for their efforts.
