Our member of staff went here to collect 5 x pallets... Alan was a happy cheery gentleman to start with... our member of staff had to liase with our office.. his attitude changed dramatically and suddenly became very abrupt and slightly rude... he told us to go elsewhere and not to waste his time again.
He even refused not to load up for us!
I can only imagine Alan was having a bad day.. like we all do from time to time... but as he advised we won't be using him again!
