Terrible condition cars. The one we went to see had a crack on the windscreen which was not in the ad also not told about.

Cracked windscreen = no Mot the fact that the mot was apparently no advisories last month make me wonder if the MOT is even legit.

Photos on autotrader are not what you actually see. Car was filthy nothing like the images they have. Way worse condition obviously cars here sit there not looked after at all

Really nice people and great service, but the info in the ad wasn’t quite right. The listing on AutoTrader clearly said it came with 2 keys, was a Euro 6, and had zero road tax. After I’d paid, I was told there’s only one key, it’s not Euro 6, and it’s not zero road tax.

I’m still happy with the car and the service overall — I just think the ad should have been more accurate.

I had been looking for a little runaround car for quite some time. I recently purchased a little Chevrolet Spark from Car Deal Ltd. The experience has been more than positive from start to finish. Communications were prompt and service was great. I did not feel pushed or pressured at all to make a decision and they sorted out a couple of minor issues before the purchase. The car was even delivered to my home address. They had even assured me they would cover the cost for the AC regas after I bought the car, and they were true to their word. All in all a very positive experience and I now have a great little runaround car!

Recently bought a Golf Plus from this business, service was good and owners reasonably dealt with a few minor problems on the car before selling. Communication was good and the whole process was professional and swift.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
Dodgy car dealers!

Bought a car from them (2017 plate) and I only had to charge fly wheel, timing belt (never changed 79k miles on the clock), electric problems(one door speaker not working, electric mirrors not closing when closing car), no engine protection shield provided, dodgy tyres, sensors on the breaking pads have been cable tied and I can keep this going all day.

After sending my complains in regards with the problems they sent me some terms that state that you have to pay 1£/mile over 100 miles,you cannot fix the car yourself ,only with their dodgy mechanics.

They might look nice and polite but don’t be tricked; take a tester with you or someone who knows about cars.

I strongly recommend this place for buying a car. I bought a Corsa from them at a great price. After a week I heard a noise coming from the brakes. Car Deals Ltd got the car straight into their garage, replacing all 4 brakes and the clutch. I really appreciate the effort they put into their sales and aftersales warranty for the car.

Be careful when you make a deal at this garage, as its not always the real deal!!
I gave them £200 to hold a car for me until I sold mine as I was hoping to sell it rather than trade it in as would usually get more for it.
Anyway I gave it a week but didn't sell mine so went back to arrange a trade in...
Which I did, and I told them I would be back the following weekend as there were a few jobs needed doing on the new car.
Came back at the arranged time only to deal with someone else,
Who said that the other person was out of the country.
I handed over my keys and the remaining cash for the new car only to hear that he wouldn't take my car at the price I had arranged with his college!!
He said it was too much, and my college would not have agreed that amount!!
The moral of the story is don't trust these guys unless you get it written down as they clearly don't communicate or they are just doggy business men who can't honor an agreement!!!
Be careful!!

They need to just admit they were wrong and learn from it...
People need to watch out for the red flags that wave about that garage!!!
