The employees in there are as useless as toenail fungus. Zero help for anybody. Rude, poor attitude and seem to be angry at everybody trying to do their best to put things in the right place. One poor old gent with either one leg or a stiff leg struggling to go up ramp numerous times, out of breath, no help from any of the employees. Disgusting. And dont give me any excuse that they are not to help anybody.

Recently I have spent a lot of time going to and from tip due to house move. These guys are amazing so friendly and helpful. I have had lots of stuff to move and these guys were so helpful helping me unload and take to the correct skip. Couldn’t have done it without you!! Thanks so much.. waiting times are good and there is order to things. Really good experience no fuss..

One improvement that can be made is, rather then people going up the steep ramps ( which can be exhausting, at my age with a few items to dump) They can make the car drive ramps higher than the skips, so then you are actually looking down into the skips. I've seen one in Stockport , which was easy and accessible .

In the middle of a pandemic, these guys were outstanding, totally organised, informing people in advance of what they couldn't receive that day. Everything coned of and functioning amazing! Total credit to all the staff! I respect there will be queues and thats fine, safety first, even had a member of staff apologise because they weren't allowed to help me! 100% credit to you all. We arrived at 5.55pm, shut at 6.30. We were in a queue managed to see 2 cars go in the yard plenty coming out. It Got to 6.10 and they shut the gate started to turn
