Wow, the only word to describe how fantastic Steve and his team are. They cleared out my Dad's house which to put it mildly was in a horrid state left empty for a long time but still full of big, heavy furniture and 50+ years of life. Steve was fantastic from turning up early to give us a brilliant quote, doing the job the following week and communicating throughout. Can't thank you enough!

Thank you so much to Linda and the guys that came to collect the waste from my mums first floor flat in preparation for a house move. It was a really icy morning and was quite slippery but they just carried on up the steps, really happy and chatty, no messing about .. bed out and bags lined up and out the door in no time!! We can't thank Linda and Steve at Cardiff House Clearance enough for the hard work that their team carried out at my late parents house. They were absolutely incredible. Such hard working men and so very courteous and thoughtful. Thank you especially to Dean and Budgie, working flat out in awful weather, taking great care of my parents lawn whilst they undertook a very large clearing job in just a couple of days, leaving everything as immaculate as they could leave it. We are so grateful and highly recommend this team!!

Cardiff House Clearance, this company was first class in every respect, due to probate it was 12 months from our first enquiry to the company clearing the house. The house was absolutely full of old furniture clothes and a lifetime of collecting no longer needed stuff – 4 rooms ground level plus garage and six bedrooms, the job took 4 days. The staff, four of them worked non stop and they had a pleasant attitude. When the house was completely cleared – including bringing a piano downstairs from a bedroom, they swept and vacuumed the carpets, a job very well done!
The Estate Agent had seen the house earlier in the week and commented on completion what a fantastic job, he enquired were they local and was surprised when we said yes!
We can recommend them without reservation.

Having been let down by another company, I rang Cardiff House Clearance on Saturday lunchtime, explainig that I needed two sofas removed as quickly as possible. Steve was able to arrange an out of hours removal on Sunday morning. He and a member of his team arrived promptly and removed the sofas.

Steve took photos of the sofas as, having checked that they were of a suitable standard, he intended to offer them to a local charity - something I was very happy with as that is what I had originally intended.

Steve and his staff's concern to help me was more than I had expected, and I would be very happy to recommend the company.

Not living in Cardiff I needed the work doing on a Sunday and Steve was flexible and did the work on a Sunday afternoon.
