If I could give zero stars I would!
Tried booking collections several times. No confirmation received then out the blue almost a week on I get a phone call telling me collection was in the next hour,! I explained I was working and then was told very abruptly that I should have requested a time and day on the collection request, nowhere on the page does it suggest to do this and I'm not a mind reader, furthermore straight off the woman on the call was defensive with me. I explained there wasn't anywhere that said I should leave a message with the time and date for collection, her response was "drop the bags off at the shop then" . So what is the point in offering collection
After this experience with the absolute rudeness of this woman and clearly not bothered about customers or having a business I'm happy to take my unwanted clothes to someone who actually appreciates them and be for better use such as saving lives!

After reading the reviews and the company's pathetic and ignorant responses, it seems in general these people are rude, obnoxious and unethical.
I'd avoid them and put your unwanted items to somewhere more wanting and appreciative such as the heart foundation, cancer research etc , where the items will go to much better use anyway.

The woman was lovely, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Cleaning mum stuff and cloths out so we were not sure were to go with all the cloths we had pack up so we had finally decided to go here. Simple, easy and quick. Sorted. Thank you for all your help.

Went here a couple of times and I’ve never encountered any problems. It’s a really nice way to turn in your clothes for some quick cash and that while receiving great service. The staff is very nice and work at a quick pace. I would most definitely recommend it.

Not really prepared to go out of their way to obtain quality items. I was clearing my wife’s wardrobe but the woman I phoned wasn’t prepared to even have a look at what was available by coming to the house. Their loss!

Absolutely disgusting place. Staff are rude and ignorant. Ripped the bags all open when they weren't even tied at top and I explained this, then rummaged through ans said "all rubbish" when he didn't bother even looking properly as some clothes even had tags on brand new and some shoes clearly weren't ever worn. Couldn't even be bothered to check then had to put them back into old disgusting pre used bin bags as he had torn all mine up. Stay well away

Great, fast efficient service and fantastic way to gain a few pennies for getting rid of your clothes.
However.... It states online and on its signage that it's open until 6pm.
Im here on Thursday at 5pm and it's most definitely closed. Sat stuck in traffic for nothing :/ maybe a one off I don't know 🤷‍♀️
