I went there for a blood test yesterday, I checked in on the screen. The nurse Laura Knowles was so good, pleasant , efficient and kind. My blood was taken in no time. It didn’t hurt and didn’t bruise later. She also helped me to register online. The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant . I had a very positive experience . Thank you all.

Terrible service and incompetent staff. I had a blood appointment and was late 5 min exactly. I checked in with the receptionist and she told me to take a seat. Waited for half an hour and nobody called my name. Went back to the receptionist who said the nurse left as you were late!!! Failed to tell me this half an hour earlier and I was already late for work!!! It’s an absolute joke to cancel and leave if the patient is 5 mi late! More so no alternative staff are available to draw a blood test!! I had waited 3 weeks for that appointment!

It is a very busy practice but the staff and doctors are attentive and sensitive to your needs. I cannot complain. The receptionist is always ready to help and I witnessed her go out of her way for patients today.

Appointment requested. Same day appointment given. GP Dr. Wraight was very thorough and very kind. He arranged Hospital checks which were expedited very quickly. Dr. Wright phoned me within a week to follow up. The service from my GP was excellent, also the services I received from the Phlebotomy and Scan departments at St. Richard's hospital. Thank you all very, very much. I am very grateful.

I have been with this practice since 2018 when I moved back to the area. I have had two children since and they have been absolutely amazing for my whole family. Every time I call I have received an appointment whether by phone or in person. They have recently changed to a system where you can hold your place in the queue when you call and don’t have to wait on the phone. We are a healthy family and don’t have ongoing concerns but when we need help they are always great. Also for repeat prescriptions the pharmacy are wonderful and all the people I have met are really friendly and make you feel very cared for. This is a well managed practice with great staff.

I've always found them to be extremely helpful and friendly. I've never had a problem getting an appointment and the eConsult system is brilliant. I'm so grateful to have them as my family's GP practice.
