Neatly laid out shop with offerings of furniture and the expected clothes, books, ornaments and digital media. Staff are always friendly and professional. Parking is outside but paid and for limited duration so maybe only handy if your doing a drof off or pick up of goods. Quite a few shops nearby also for charity but it's handy location does mean there is always someone in it browsing.

Love this wee charity shop 🫶 I've been in the cat protection falkirk a few times now. I love the fact that it's all colour coordinated & very clean 👌 every member off staff are very nice, polite & they can't help you enough. I treated myself to a hand bag. They have the place layout very well. I would highly recommend this charity shop to everyone. If you have a pram, or your in a wheel chair. Their is ample room to get around 💜

This shop is always immaculate and laid out perfectly. Everything is colour coordinated and by size so it’s easy to look at the things you want without having to rummage. The amount of designer clothes and bags is the best I’ve seen in any charity shop around.

Edit 2 because the owners response was ridiculous, clearly didn't understand my review.

First of: I never said this happened in one day, I'm saying three times that I've visited I've had negative experiences. I said NO where that it all happened today, or in any single day at all, and you acting like I did is very strange, and seems like a way to try and discredit me more than anything, because why would you put words in my mouth that I never said unless you were desperate to discredit me?

As the edit says, I was told the person I had the 3rd negative experience with MAY be the manager, it is stated clearly that I was TOLD she MAY be, regardless,I can give you descriptions of each of the staff I experienced these events with, but I've sent a much more detailed complaint to the charity itself about these experiences already.

Also it's pretty irrelevant if you have staff with autism working there or not, that doesn't make you immune from making choices that harm autistic customers, or your staff, especially if you've not made staff aware they can't just assume people aren't buying something to give them a lecture as if they're children.

I've given this shop a second chance three times now and I'm done.
In future please take more time to respond to complaints like this, because this response is almost as bad as the experiences I've had so far.

You made assumptions based on nothing and then tried to use them to frame me, again, an autistic adult, as so silly I wouldn't know what shop I'd been treated like crap at on THREE SEPERATE OCCASIONS was, and I'd mistake it for another somehow, further proving my point that this shop has a big problem with how they treat some disabled customers.

I'm honestly so shocked at all of this, I really tried, I gave three whole chances I wouldn't give other places, but even then, it's still thrown back in my face, and when I raise the issue about it I get a defensive response that refuses to take any responsibility for these events, implies I must have made a mistake, because of course the autistic person must be so silly they mistook what shop they were in when there is a single cats protection shop in Falkirk, no others.

Owners poor response has caused me to reduce my review by a further star, and original review has been removed to respond to the owners response, but in short, on three separate occasions I've had negative experience with staff, and because I have autism, I have serious social anxiety, and so when I'm mistreated I struggle further with trying to call it out, so I tried to keep giving the shop chances, but today my sister and I were talked down to like 7 year olds in this shop, and when I complained, the manager gave a extemeley strange response, and so I had to edit my review to respond back.
