After completing a campervan build and worrying we'd gone overweight and have to have it uprated. We rang CCC to see if they had a weighbridge we could use. The lady on the phone was so helpful even giving us directions and the best time to come. Thankfully we were well under 3.5tons, thank you for accommodating us even if we had to jet wash 3.5 tons of mud off 🤣🤣

I will admit I have not used this company for business. However as a local resident, Stopgate Lane and Pingwood Lane are currently an absolute disgrace because of the dust and other materials spread by this and other haulage firms using the simonswood estate (or whatever it’s called these days), which can only impact my and my family’s health due to the air quality.

The drivers clearly think they are the next formula one drivers, they don’t use dust sheets because they are too busy trying to break the lap records

Accountability and Environmental concerns do not exist at this very publicised “family business”

When they came to take the skip we got charged £48 overload fee which I've never been charged with another skip company in all the numerous times I've had them in the past. Driver told me it was a "dangerous" load yet when I paid the fee he had no issue in taking the skip without removing anything. Joke of a company... go elsewhere unless you want to be ripped off

Same here would not allow me to give this company a 0 or even a -0. Properly one of the most disrespectful and disgusting attitudes I have ever come across no customer service what so ever. Also one one the most expensive companies we only used them as are regular skip person had no skips. I have waited almost a week for the skip to be picked up with me constantly ring them everyday. STAY WELL AWAY from this skip hire company.

I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me give them 0. Disgraceful company. Took 10 days of me ringing constantly to pick up the skip. Then within 24 hrs they'd deposited items they deemed to be asbestos (fair enough if it is and they can't take it, I wouldn't know how to identify the stuff) in my front right outside the front door. My children got out of the car and were standing on it. Apparently it's too dangerous for them to dispose of but not too dangerous for them to dump, unbagged where children are. I'll never use them again, they were more expensive than the other companies and the service was abysmal.

We phoned for a skip soon friday and they dropped it off we phoned monday and the girls in the office said no problem well collect it but with present situation they were taking a couple of days to collect. But saying that it was collected that afternoon my mrs than phoned because they had forgot to return her deposit and the man on the phone apologized and said he would get it out either that night or first thing and true to his word first thing Tuesday the deposit was returned the staff are friendly and polite and they go out there way to help you.

Bernie and the team were amazing, on time on both occasions I used them, very friendly and I'd definitely use them again and recommend them.
