I have used these several times. They are great! They always deliver on time. You can book online. They reply to any emails quickly and keep you informed of when they will be delivering the skip. When you want the skip to be collected, you just fill in an online form and they come and pick it up as soon as they can. Mine was picked up the same day, and again they phoned to let me know when they were coming. Very efficient service.

I have always used Colsons or Frank Key skips in the past but due to high prices, a clunky website and poor service / attitude from the driver I decided to give central a go.

All I have to say is they have given outstanding service from start to finish. I placed an order for a skip to be delivered with a friendly telephone operator, 30 minutes later it was dropped of by a really friendly driver. I've had pizzas take longer to be delivered!

Collection was made two days after I made the call and everything went smoothly.

Thanks again, customer secured for life!

Excellent service from start to finish. Contacted Central Waste last minute on Friday morning and our skip was delivered the same day. Contacted them regarding collection on Monday afternoon and our skip was collected Wednesday afternoon. Customer service was great. They kept me updated regarding when they was leaving to drop off and collect. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

Ordered a Rhino bag pick up on the 13/5/2024 was told the collection could take upto 10 days. After the 10 days there was no collection so phoned again on the 23/5/2024 to be told it should have been collected on the 14/5/24. As we were missed we were then told it would be collected on the 30/5/24 AGAIN! No one came. After another phone call, we were told that the pick-up truck was in for an MOT which was why we were missed again. Didn't have a single phone call or any communication about this. Now been told the collection will be on the 31/5/24. You pay from the first phone call and it fells like because they have your money they are in no rush to collect. Very doubtful we will be using this company again.
