Shocking bad support and communication. Do not respond to emails. You call them and it's as if you catch them by surprise every time – always preoccupied talking in the background. Had to chase constantly. Nice engineer who visited, but he couldn't fix it and a replacement under warranty has been promised. Still not seen it. Embarrassing for Canon to be associated with them.

awful experience. My canon printer broke and they asked centrex to repair . after 3 weeks I got an appointment , took the day off work ... but they didn't turn up. the next day a nice bloke turned up but couldn't fix. He said it wasn't really his speciality but the office would get back to me ! after another few days I got an email promising they would sort. They didn't ! I tried to ring them and held for 20 mins with no reply. I emailed again with no reply. My "contact" was Callum , but I could never speak to him . Luckily printer land who I bought the printer from sorted it out eventually ..... still waiting to hear back from Centrex. AVOID

The person who I dealt with, Callum, offered very poor customer service and seemed to do everything possible to make the repair of my printer time consuming and difficult.

Taking weeks to reply to emails, calling the wrong number (despite telling them the correct one, twice), offering no apology, writing Good Afternoon when it was 9AM, etc. "Booked" an engineer to fix the printer who then didn't turn up... I said very clearly in email that I would be available all day for the engineer visit, and then when nobody shows I tell them how appalling their service is and this Callum says: "you specifically said you would not be available".

Total lack of communication. In the end I fixed it myself.
Based on the service I received I would only recommend this to companies who want to see how NOT to provide customer service.

Callum sent me some information about how to troubleshoot my printer and I was able to get things working again. Great know how and experience. They will be my first call next time I need service for office equipment. Thanks so much!

Constant issues with printer faults, promised call backs that never happen and engineers not arriving when we were told they would. Very poor service all round.

Very, very poor customer service, takes days to reply to emails. We send emails every week to chase for a refund owed. My issue has been going on for months. Still not resolved.
