I contacted Clearflow Environmental Technologies Ltd to make enquiries about purchasing a grease trap, I was unsure as to what would best suit my needs and spoke at length to a member of their sales team who provided detailed information on the products they offer. Armed with all the information I needed, I took sometime to consider the recommendations made by Edward and decided that I would go ahead with purchasing a GRU Auto grease trap. I found the company very easy to deal with from the first initial contact where there wasn’t the usual pressurised sales pitch you might get with some companies, right through to the fitting of the grease trap where everything possible was done to minimise impact to my business. Overall I found the whole process very professional, with all members of the team I came into contact with friendly and very informative. I would not hesitate to use Clearflow Environmental Technologies again in the future.

After suffering problems from blocked drains for several years I was given Clearflow’s details from a friend who had recently purchased a new Automatic Grease trap from the company . After speaking with Edward who I found very professional and knowledgeable about all issues I was experiencing, I purchased a GRU AUTO and had it installed by his team of engineers . Since the installation my drainage issues are resolved and the GRU Auto is easily maintained and I can only thank Edward and his team for there fantastic service

Rubbish quality, to be honest. Middle range model (LG650) delivered with corners crushed. Un-boxed, the container was very scratched and grazed on the base. VERY cheap and poor design of support legs. These are just threaded rods screwed into very poor plastic push-in inserts, with no sideways strength. The drop-in filter/strainer does not seal against inlet entry, so some particles escape the strainer. WORST OF ALL is that there is NO DRAIN POINT incorporated whatsoever, a poor omission! When I called for support, I was fobbed off, and never heard from them again. I used some alternative mounting which bolt in and lock properly. My advice is to know what your fitting .. and order from someone else.

I have recently purchased two LG filtra traps for my cafes and they are amazing and so easy to maintain. The price and quality deserve the 5 stars and it was great service being able to speak to someone at the end of the phone to answer my questions.
