I strongly believe that the GP receptionists should consider undergoing customer service training, particularly from this place, to enhance their professionalism and courtesy.

My visit here was truly enjoyable. Everyone I encountered was exceptionally friendly, especially a gentleman named John. He patiently and kindly addressed a few questions I had regarding the disposal of certain items. I commend them for their dedication in taking the time to guide me through the process and ensuring I was on the right track.

I sincerely wish that more establishments would adopt a similar approach to training their staff, emphasising patience and a genuine desire to assist. We truly need more individuals like them in the service sector, as they significantly contribute to improving the quality of life for everyone.

Very decent well kept recycling dump site. It's fully manned with staff every time I've been there. The entrance scans your number plate and has a height restriction for public vehicles. (Trade vans have to pay a fee). Several bins there for allocating waste. Divided by: domestic waste, wood, cardboard, metals etc. So dump your stuff in the appropriate bins.

Organised, and there is help available.
There is a restricted height entrance to only allow cars. A sign says that only Slough, and Windsor and Maidenhead residents are permitted to use the site. I'm not sure how they check that, though. There used to be an ANPR near the entrance, but it's not there now.

Typical council, opens at 9.00am, when the rest of the world has already been in work for 2.00hrs, yawn, yawn, yawn, enjoy your lay in people, yawn.

The people who work here are always helpful, useful and courteous and out in all weathers.
Some times are busier than others and you need to wait, but really not long.i am a senior resident and they have always helped with a chat and smile

Not very helpful turned away from domestic because I drive a land rover, then turned away from trade because I had shorts on. The van that drove out of trade as I was trying to get in had a driver with no shirt on . You really need to set decent set of rules. This is the reason people fly tip.

Usually pretty good. But if you’re going to have your finish time as 17:00 then close at 17:00, turning up at 16:35 to find it already closed is disappointing.
