Been dealing with these guys for a while now and whoever answers the phone on enquiries is always polite, accommodating, and extremely helpful. And when you happen to buy the wrong part(s) there is absolutely no drama and they will punctually refund your money or exchange the part with the correct one. And you don’t even have to haggle when it comes to bill buying, they will discount you there and then. Needed a door for a Captiva for a job in our shop, our local salvage yard suggested Charlton might have one so called them up, picked phone up quick, had what we was looking for, the door came quicker then expected which was a bonus and it was beautifully wrapped for delivery. Good green part, definitely be putting in the address book to use again the future. Thanks.

Sold me a scratched piece of glass and wouldnt take a return on it literally half an hour later when we realised glass is scratched. Money isnt a problem. The fact these guys would rip you off is a problem. Selling damaged items and then giving you the middle finger.

I always have good things to say but I do not recommend this place.

Extremely rude on the phone.
