Our house was ruined by a burst pipe and I needed a skip fast. The guy on the phone was helpful and incredibly efficient. I had an 8 yard skip on my drive before the end of the day. Brilliant service when my stress levels were high. I recommend them highly. I even have 3 weeks to fill it if needed. Great value for money. Great service- thank you Cherry Hill. Just been in and collected the skip. The driver was very skilled and managed to avoid low level telephone lines. He took a lot of trouble to do so. He then ensured that he closed the gate after himself as well. This company impresses me every time.

Terrible customer service. Have used them multiple times but no more. Guy on the phone has a bad attitude and speaks in a condescending tone. He made the mistake (quite innocently I imagine) of charging TWICE for the same skip. When asked for a refund, the chap was snappy and rude as if I had made the mistake. Will use another company in the future.

2 skips hired for building works. Drivers were lovely. Office staff rude and unprofessional, struggled to get a sentence out without being interrupted and spoken over. Second skip was late being collected and delayed our works. They were also disorganised, driver told us one thing and the office told us another. Wont be using them again.
