Well layed out and accounts for most waste that you can't put in your household bin. There are some restricted items that you cannot take i.e. asbestos check online for unacceptable items.

Small site very well signed for where items need to go. Staff friendly and very helpful and have to work outside in all weather so doing a great job. google has wrong times for opening real time is 8 to 4 in winter October to april 9 to 5 in summer.

Obscure opening times and generally disorganised - sometimes you have to wait quite a while to get to one of the limited stopping places.
The facility could do with a re-vamp with better organisation.

+ Staff are extremely helpful and approachable.
- Road access to the site is a little tight, though this is presumably to prevent unauthorised tipping from folks in larger vehicles.
+ Site is well maintained, tidy, with its various recycling points clearly marked.
- Parking space is limited to around a dozen vehicles at once. Be prepared to queue.
+ However, the queue moves quickly and the waiting time is very reasonable.

I have no idea who the men who work here think they are. Rude, arrogant and no help at all. There is one man who looks like Rod Stewart who is lovely, the rest are simply vile. Your choice to work there guys, so least you could do is act like you want to be there.

The new opening hours have made it impossible to use the centre for many people who cannot access it except at weekends now. This is - from the evidence of local lanes and lay-bys - already resulting in increased fly tipping. Needs immediate revision. When open, however, the service is very good and the staff helpful and friendly. That alone merits the one star. Revert to previous opening times, and the rating is five stars.

Just registering my frustration at the opening times. Staff there are helpful and it's usually quite quick to get in and out.

Maybe this is why there seems to be more fly tipping going on. I've had to drive around for a couple of days with stinky garden waste and creepy crawlies in my car, I can imagine some people wouldn't suffer that.
