My wife and I wanted a piece of wood above our fireplace, not a fireplace shelf in a way.

The guy let us have a look and wife saw a nice piece she likes.

Ask for a price and we haggle on the price and he was happy.

We will most likely to be back again.
He advice me on was to treat it with and finish to do.

I have now put in 2 photos of the finish work I did on this.

I would recommend anyone to have a look there first.

Great - popped in this afternoon on the off chance we might find a fireplace grate and a cast iron drain shoe. Found both within 5 minutes and sensibly priced. Will definitely be back.

Great range of antique floor boards. After my electrical cable work I needed 50 foot of Victorian Antique Pine floorboards. They were able to match mine to a T and the price was very reasonable as well. The boards are also stored inside so they are well looked after.
