I was a client of this company for many years. When it became necessary to have additional units, I checked around for competitive quotes and found a local firm with significantly better rates. Although we had just paid for the following years service, we did not have a running contract (something that I confirmed with my solicitor ) and told City I would be happy to cancel with three months notice. This would mean a small rebate to be paid to us. After many emails, they agreed to cancel the contract ( which didn't exist) and to pay any balance that they thought was due in three months time. Obviously I knew what was going to happen. I have been in business for a long time and inevitably you become cynical. I was hopeful, but I was right. When the time came I was told that they thought that no money was due. Having been a client for many years, it is disappointing that folks behave like this, over less than £100.

Great and speedy service, called on Wednesday to enquire about services, received a quote within 5 minutes and paper work was processed quickly, bin was delivered on Thursday. Also received waste disposable bags upon signing off contract. I’d recommend to all businesses requiring high quality waste disposal that’s priced competitively.
