Clark James looked after my mother in law for a number of years and the care she received was excellent. Timings for her visits were consistent and Paul Hulance or someone at the office was always available if we had any issues . The carers often went above and beyond to assist and really 'cared'.

I was discharged from hospital after 11 weeks but was a T6 spinal injury patient with advanced prostate cancer. I had no movement in my lower body and was incontinent. As you can imagine this was a traumatic experience for me and my wife and family. We had no information about who we could turn to for help but fortunately for us Lisa was there! Her first visit to us to provide considerate and professional personal care for me was also extremely enlightening. She explained how the system worked, what we needed to acquire, who we needed to talk to and most importantly how my wife would be affected. I confidently say that the help and guidance that Lisa has provided was significant in my rehabilitation. Our relationship with her developed over her time with us so much so that we value her friendship.

I have been using this Agency for over a year now and they have been very reliable. The carers are very friendly, kind people. This is a small Agency compared to some and they have a mixture of experienced and not experienced carers. My regular (no experience) carer has turned out to be perfect for me. The Manager thought we would get on with each other and within a few months we had a great routine going. This Agency gives me a rota to say who is coming and phones or emails me if there are changes. I need personal care and I am totally reliant on carers. Without them I cannot get washed, dressed, eat or go to bed. Because of this Agency I can live independently, go to the theatre, enjoy the company of my friends and go to work. They even come to help me at my work place. If you need care or think you might like to be a carer I would recommend this Agency - from my own experience.

Please don’t use these people if your a vulnerable adult or the elderly. My money was stolen £2,500 . My dog locked in a kitchen for days when I was told he was with the RSPCA . Another carer said she wanted a sewing machine I had to sell and took it on the grounds she would pay for it but never has . They are awful along with a lot of these care agencies . They don’t turn up . They tell lies and you have no redress . If Social Services fob you off with them protect your vulnerable relative and refuse !
