Not impressed at all- would not collect the rubbish on time from our business premises the drivers would simply drive off when the gates were closed- even though there is an intercom box and they had my number to open the gate.

We then switched suppliers due to the frustration/ bad service and they have now collected the bin 17 days before they were supposed to... so I am left with no bin until my new supplier (Biffa) deliver their bin in 2 weeks time

Absolute nightmare would not recommend I am wasting my time almost daily chasing up the rubbish which I should not have to do.

I used clearways business waste service for my premises but when i needed to cancel the service due to moving premises I was told I had to pay for the remainder of the contract even though I would not need collections due to not being at the premises.

The business premises I moved to provided a waste collection service so was included in the new rent agreement. My new premises is an office building with many other businesses that share 1 collection service provided by my new landlord.

I was hoping Clearwater would understand my circumstance of no longer needing their service or any other waste collection service but they did not take this into consideration and was told I would need to pay until the end of my contract.

Yes, Great service!!! Had a phone call last year from a lad called Simon. I was in the process of kicking Biffa off site, so timing was perfect. Signed up late October, and wanted to leave it a while before reviewing. Rang last week with a query about extra bin, and dealt with straight away. Great service, personable after sales and never a problem. Would recommend highly 🙂

We have been using Clearaway for some time now, and the service they provide is absolutely first class. Their pre sale and post sale service has been excellent, no missed collections, and the price is competitive too. I cannot recommend them enough, especially compared to some of the larger companies, one of whom we used for some time and had nothing but missed collection after missed collection. Clearaway have been a breath of fresh air!
