Same day service for messy house waste clearance in Abercarn. Some other firms declined the job. The lads worked hard and produced a great result for a reasonable price. They were let down by their admin office who kept me waiting for 2 weeks for a receipt.

We have used clear out about 4 times but it now appears they are having some real issues so I would strongly advise to avoid. They have completely dropped off the face of the earth. They won’t collect their skip from our drive despite us already having paid. I can see someone else has left a similar review recently so it can’t just be a one off. It’s been over 2 months now of chasing to get this skip picked up and constant ignoring to texts or calls. We’ve managed to get through once and were promised it would be collected but nothing since and I assume they have now saved both our numbers so that they know to ignore the calls

Collected non-full skip early before agreed date without any notice. They also charged for a skip permit when in fact, the permit was not registered with the council. They ignore responding to issues.

Booked a 8 yard skip 2 months in advance for a newly aquired customer.
Always available to hand, happy to assist when times of drop off had to be altered at the last minute. The skip was delivered as promised on time too.
Payment method was super easy as bank transfer was available to use.
I will be using their services again for sure

Probably the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with , seemed friendly at the start and was pleased, however over the course of a few months I had skips collected without warning and skips payed for in advance that were never delivered. Called to speak to owner whos demeanour changed rapidly and was met with a torrent of abuse and refusal to rectify the issues. Would never use this tax avoiding company again ( you have to pay cash) the name sums it up, clear out of the UK this sounded like a nice successful startup company and now I’m down money and customers were not happy. Avoid at all cost, use any other company.

They did the job very quickly and efficiently. Friendly and easygoing people to deal with. We are very happy with our front garden which is now completely rubbish free, it looked like a dump before! There's no way we could have done it by ourselves but they made it look easy! Thanks!

First time we used these they were quick and service was great, this time we called 29th Oct to book another skip was told it would be with us the following week, chased again on 16th Nov told this week, phoned on 19th Nov told definitely coming on Saturday, texted on Saturday 21st no reply! Horrendous communication! And Empty Promises, very unprofessional.
