Not as they portray Having used this letting agent for the past five years,we had always considered them to be professional and unbiased.Having looked after the property throughout and having always paid bills and rent on time, we presumed that when we came to move ,there would be no problems with a smooth change over,How wrong we were . There were two issues that the landlord claimed were beyond wear and tear and consequently put in a very inflated questionable quote. Clem Woodward lettings gave no support whatsoever only reinforcing that they acted for the landlord only. The landlord therefore decided he wanted the full holding deposit to keep for the work involved. We then involved a solicitor as this was not about the money but the sheer greed and disrespect of the landlord.I could go on with further grievances we suffered ,however we finally came to an agreement and settled the dispute. We felt very left down by this company who showed no support for good honest tenants, and full support for a greedy landlord.

incredible service, we met with Clem for our viewing and he was very informative. He told us everything we needed to know with the upcoming changes and ran through his company's credentials. He showed and explained to us everything about the house and took us seriously as a young couple which was very refreshing. He didn't try to rush us or have another set of people booked in right behind us. In all we spent 1 and a half hrs in the home for the viewing and fell in love with both the house and the brilliant service. He gave us the keys a week later and showed us the app for reporting repairs and gave us a list of phone numbers encase we need anything. He was so open and genuinely caring and happy. He even tried fixing my number plate on my car as it had fallen off. Overall the most brilliant experience i have ever had from a house viewing. Couldn't recommend enough especially after the nightmare experiences we had before meeting Clem.

Whilst I did not end up renting with this company, I needed to write a review about their customer service, when viewing a property I was treated with kindness and respect there was no pressure to rent the house that didn’t seem right for me and I was put on a mailing list, which created a sense of hope in a really challenging rental market. I really recommend this company.
