I stopped in for a print and lamination. I sent the wrong files so I told the staff I would go home and send the correct files and then come back for pick up. When I came back they had printed both the correct and incorrect files. They then charged me for an item I didn’t need and didn’t take.

As someone who is currently unemployed, being charged double for their mistake is infuriating.

I will not be using their services again.

I had a fantastic experience at MB Clerkenwell. Selina was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing great suggestions to improve my order, and for future orders.

Leo was extremely helpful from the get-go and was very prompt in his responses. He gave me recommendations on which paper type to use, how to transfer large files safely to them for print and was very kind to email me photos of the hard proofs as I could not go in person to check them. The quality of the print was impeccable and was turned around in less than 24 hours. Although printing is done in Angel, there are many stores where one can collect their printing - making it a very smooth and convenient process. Overall, I am very impressed with their service and I would use them again. Could not recommend them more!
