Website I thought was easy to use. I carefully placed the order for a very costly expense for us. It allowed me to select 3 weeks after delivery date as a collection. Be warned no where except in the t&c does it tell you 2 weeks maximum in busy periods. Clearly their software decided 2 weeks as standard which falls on easter bank holiday so they collected the previous Thursday. That's a week and a half not three weeks. Their confirmation email doesnt contain any info re the dates selected so I have no comeback. They have no complaints department either.
Instead of using them just call your local skip company. So I have now paid over £230 for a half full skip collected 11 days earlier than the dates I selected and have no method of complaining about it. Lady on the phone was rude would try and talk over me and continue to talk regardless of if I had finished my sentence. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Sianne Was extremely helpful, who organised the skip It skip arrived on time & day I requested . And when I asked for the skip to be picked up. It was again on time and the day I had requested.unlike previous skip company’s. Very competent drivers. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you. I called for a quote and received one. I then called back again hoping to book with Click-a-Skip but they couldn't get through to their transport department so she said she'll call me back in about 10-15 minutes later. I then received a call back 4 hours later telling me they made a mistake, or rather their system was to blame and the actual price was nearly double the original quote. What a waste of my time. In those 4 hours I could have looked for another company!!! I should have listened to the review above but I thought I could override the system by talking straight to a person instead.

Absolutely first class service. Arranged my skip, I needed a swap on same day and did it immediately for me, skip swapped in a couple of hours. Will, dealt with me every time and he was very helpful. I would highly recommend Clickaskip.

Wonderful service. From the lovely ladies that take your initial call everything organised extremely well. We got a call from the driver on drop off day to inform us of delivery . Very happy and would certainly use again.

Clicaskip was so very helpful from the moment they answered the phone. Lisa helped answer all if my questions about skip size and delivery and collection with no one at home it was so simple. I Would highly recommend using them, and should I have the need for another skip wouldn't even bother trying anywhere else.

Asking for collection from last 8-9 days, no one is bothering to collect their skip. While calling every time they gave excuse about transportation issue and saying it will collect soon but nothing happening. Its very poor and annoying service, not worth spend with them

Very easy to order online. Skip came on time and they let us keep it for an extra week with no extra charges. Helpful people, will recommend 🙂
