I recently visited Clifton Garage on 23-10-2024 to service my rear brake calliper piston. They were very helpful in ordering the parts for me and scheduled an appointment for the next day, as they were busy with other cars. However, when I went to collect my parts, just 300 meters away from the garage, my drive shaft snapped at 2:45 PM while I was trying to merge into traffic. Understandably, I was stressed, as I needed my car to commute.
I called the owner, and he arrived promptly to tow my car back to the garage around 3 PM. After I explained my situation, he immediately arranged the necessary parts and moved another car off the ramp to service mine that same day, expecting nothing in return. His kindness throughout the process was truly remarkable. When I offered to pay for the towing, he refused, saying it was simply a way to help.

His colleague was also cheerful and assisted in pushing my car and servicing it, as the snapped drive shaft had disconnected power to the wheels.

Overall, the price I was charged was much lower than I expected, and they even gave me a discount without me asking. I can assure you that Clifton Garage took great care of me, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy garage in Sheffield. I plan to use their services for the rest of my life.

I'm not someone who typically posts reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience to help others find a reliable garage.

I went yesterday with my yaris, the guy who owns the place was not interested in serving his customers he was more interested on talking on the phone and his mates, after waiting 30 mins, I just left, I think he doesn't need customers. IF YOU DON'T WANT CUSTOMERS THEN CLOSE THE DOOR. Are you collecting all the scrap for yourself Or to Sell. Without customer service you don't have a business. I came to buy a few parts but because of your "Pahari culture" of arrogance towards customers I went to gora instead.

This place does not take responsibility for selling you a faulty part. They will blame you for fitting it wrong when the part was fitted by professional garage. And there policy is NO warranty or REFUND GIVEN under any circumstances even if the part you have purchased is faulty. Please do not use this company try elsewhere. I got Ripped off by this company and I thought I would make other customers aware of this. The staff are not competent and are very rude and aggressive.If you purchase anything from here prepared to be RIPPED OFF and remember you won’t get a refund under any circumstance. Avoid at all costs.

A typical scrapyard place, so be careful with your clothes and hands. Other than that they seem to know what they are doing. Can get parts fitted while you wait. I had two parts fitted by them and they did a reasonable job.

Please do not buy anything from this business!! They will sell you parts which are faulty and not fit for purpose. And there policy is that they do not give you a refund no matter what. Total waste of money and a complete Rip off. And whatever you do please do not have any work carried out on your vehicles by this garage because they are total cowboys and not qualified mechanics and will end up causing vast amount of damage to your car. Stay well clear you have been warned!!!

Bought a part . He gave me a different part after spending 55 pounds. Agreed if it does not fit I can return it. The last did not fit and on returning the part he would not exchange or give my money back. Scums . Not buying anything from these again.

Ali Suffolk these guys are cheats liers I wanted 2 mazda front doors looked on ebay and Clinton auto left a number for me to ring the guy could not speak English so got his wife to talk. They told they had full complete doors minus one passenger door window motor at 100 a door so I agreed at 200 hundred for both sent the money to their private account because he didn't want charges from eBay or PayPal reason I trusted them because they spouse to be my so called family friend from Pakistan anyhow I received one empty passenger side shell and driver door she'll with glass and glass mechanism no motor mirrors or anything if you look on their site the empty shells for mazda 6 are 60 free postage so they ripped me of by 80 90 so angry with them telling they a big business and would not run with my 200 cheats.

Bought a car from Clifton Auto Salvage at an incredibly good price for my wife to drive locally I would definitely buy another car from the same company no problems at all
