So tired of being shouted at for making mistakes at deep Moor, I DREAD going. I can see why people think it's easier to dump stuff down countryside lanes. Some of the staff are unnecessarily shouty. A nice bloke offered me 2 matching garden statues and was pleased that they wouldn't be smashed. I was chuffed and loaded them into my car. It didn't take long to be berrated in front of several people for taking the councils property which means she's working for free. The most ridiculous statement. That's like me saying people turning up to a&e with a cough, are making me work for free. Nhs and council staff get a base pay. I've given so much stuff to be sold on at the shop. I wasn't aware that the tip staff work on commisions from the shop?! Shouted it so loud, I was mortified and felt like a theif. I had no idea you couldn't exchange between another person. I apologised and said I'd put them back. Then she came back and said she felt sorry for me so I could keep one. No thanks, I was so embarrassed I put then both back and will go to bideford from now on. Horrid. Maybe try talking to people like human beings

I was looking For a pair of Crashes for my husband as he He had recently cut his foot and need pair of crutches which the hospital wouldn't give him so I rang deep more recycling to see if they had any and they Looked virtually brand new and they were very very helpful and they weren't that expensive

Very clean and well signed. Bins easily reached. Locked in for over a year so at last could get rid of recyclable bits.
