When I First came here they had us waiting for 20 mins with no reason .... Since my last review I've been left with no choice but to change my review this was due to the speed now at the gate . ... The Last 2 Visits they let us straight in ..

This is good/clean recycling place, peaple on hand to direct you to the correct place, but the negative is they now put the entrance barrier down and the bloke wants you to move the car to the barrier 4", what's wrong with walking that distance to the car, then wants explanation of what you have got,even though the cars were queuing round the roundabout, be better like it was before, leave the barrier up and have the staff by the units,i.e. get the cars quickly in and out.

Brilliant friendly staff - bloke on the gate is fantastic - multi lingual! They are all so helpful and the centre is clean and well run. Best tip we have been to.

Had to wait outside for 10 minutes. There was a bloke kicking off because they wouldn't let his van in and it was blocking the entrance. He eventually went away but then had to wait to park my car. Can't believe they only have 6 parking bays. It's very small compared to Lumms Lane, which was closed for some reason.

Great First visit. Small site only c 6 vehicle unloading spaces but small queue moved quickly and just a few mins waiting even for a Saturday morning/ early pm. Efficient & staff were great, super helpful & willing to lift heavier items. Downside you have to lift items up and over barriers into skips so don't overload bags. Ask for help if needed
