I am deeply concerned by my experience attempting to obtain support for my mother after she contacted me in a distressed state, stating she was unable to speak to anyone and questioning “why bother.” When I contacted the surgery on her behalf, I encountered the same lack of access and resistance repeatedly highlighted in numerous one-star reviews.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a GP surgery. Having reviewed the most recent Care Quality Commission report, which confirms that the surgery requires improvement, it is clear that these issues are longstanding. There appears to be a significant lack of empathy, meaningful support, or willingness to assist patients, with systems seemingly designed to block rather than help.

Ultimately, I was forced to contact NHS 111 due to the absence of support from the surgery. The lack of care and accountability displayed today was both evident and unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed by the overall standard of service and believe this surgery requires urgent re-inspection.

I have never in my life seen such a circus when trying to get an appointment before 10am in the morning. Would not recommend this Surgery to anybody I know as I called today to get antibiotics due to an infection as I am at risk of Sepsis and was told "We are fully booked". The Receptionist was very rude and did not even want to hear what the issue was and instantly told me how they can't help (10am in the morning). If you want a Surgery they care for their patients then keep looking as this is not it.

Absolutely shockingly bad surgery. My asthma medications have all been stopped without even telling me, now I need a repeat they have been cancelled! Tried the online consultation over the weekend and got a reply just to tell me that my meds have been stopped. Useless. Tried phoning surgery on the monday and got through to a message telling me to hang up.

I've never experienced a doctors as awful as this.

Their attitudes towards providing a farce of a service is what makes it even harder to accept. Theybare litally an awful practice

4-5 weeks to see a doctor. 3-4 weeks to even speak with a doctor on the phones. I was told by the nurse its not becauae they were over busy, they are now told to do less.

This country has gone to crap. What a disgraceful doctors practice.

They had me rejected from a referal which was an important referal program that I've waited for 3 months to be on becauae they didn't answer emails requesting for them.to give more details to the program.

The doctor failed to provide mportant information regarding me and they were sent several emails which went unanswered at least 3 times..

I was rejected from the treatment I need because they ignored the emails.

Now to add further disappointment they say call at 8am to try and get an appointment and then their answer phone cuts you off saying they can't answer the call at 8am

I hope they see this and realise the suffering they are causing..

This surgery has declined significantly over the past few years. My wife and I joined the surgery almost 11 years ago and it was quite good then. No longer. It is almost impossible to speak to anyone to get an appointment and there is a terrible lack of GPs now. All locums or PAs. Shocking!

I've been trying for 3 days to cancel an apointment. No one answers the phone, and emails typically take 3 days to answer. Due to poor contact procedures, patients who are unable to attend their appointments aren't being able to notify your office. Change your system, one central telephone number for all enquries isn't working.

Called for the last few days begging for an appointment for my daughter, just to be told her condition wasn’t a clinical emergency. She ended up in hospital today.

Since joining other surgeries the care has plummeted. My partner was wrongly diagnosed many times before dying from terminal cancer after being told he only had a mild ailment. Blood tests I have had done have been incorrect, wait times are insane and if you now want to speak to a Dr then good luck. The nurses have all been lovely and understanding but being put on a triage list then either not getting a call at all or getting a nurse who then has to arrange for a DR to call you back another day is just not acceptable. Collington was once the best surgery in Bexhill yet it has suffered greatly. I hope things will change in the future.
