These guys are so helpful and friendly can't fault what they do! A tough job but the do it with great humour and support to all who attend the site. I witnessed last Sunday them consistently fetching and carrying recycling materials for senior citizens and people who just needed a hand! Great work and thank you to all the team on the ground! Thank You!

I was shouted at yesterday by a rude member of staff. Majority of staff are very helpful. But this person needs retraining on how to deal with the public. He was also rude to someone else whilst I was there. I won’t be using this place again. If this is how workers at this site behave and think it’s acceptable to shout at a female then there seriously needs to be some retraining put into practice. It’s totally unacceptable behaviour.

The facility is absolutely fine. However, the staff here don't seem to want to work, only grudgingly helping with a proper face on. Cheer up!

Spot on. Nice clear entry, loads of parking available. The chap who was in all the high vis wet weather gear was very helpful and considerate I noticed to the elderly lady carrying a TV. Top bloke. Will most definitely be coming back again. Thank you for your help getting rid of our rubbish.

For the most part, a good experience. The one thing that lets it down is there should be a recycling station, open to the public, so that perfectly good stuff can be reused by someone else, for free. Why not? It would save stuff needlessly going into landfill, saving residents council tax and reuse precious resources. Win win. Oh, and I don't like charges for tyres and asbestos etc as this encourages fly tipping which needs to be cleared up by the council, involving more cost to the taxpayer.

Staff always helpful when asked and polite, hope it stays as it is , well set out and staff keep it tidy and clean

I have made several trips over the last few days & wasn’t as bad as it used to be staff are now actually very helpful & pleasant

One member of staff in particular is always very rude and aggressive in his manner. I actually dread having to come here.
