I contacted Teresa regarding some Goxhill roof tiles that I needed. Fortunately they had some that I purchased which were swiftly delivered. I needed some more at a later date and although Teresa didn't have any in stock, she went through lots of different tiles of a similar style to try and supply alternative tiles that would of suited. She went above and beyond in trying to help me with the tiles I was looking for and even recommending other reclaim companies to try! I managed to find all the tiles I needed and wouldn't of been able to finish the roof without all her time and help. I would happily recommend this company to anyone needing any roofing supplies as the service I received from Teresa was second to none.

Fantastic experience. Teresa was exceptionally helpful. she organised pallet for delivery to fit our narrow gate. tiles arrived in two days, all packed well and next to the house… will highly recommend this company!

I only have great things to say about the customer service I’ve received from this company. All 5 stars are thoroughly deserved. It’s not often you can say that the service you receive has gone above and beyond. But, it certainly was on this occasion. Teresa is great to deal with in terms of responsiveness. Teresa was only too happy to go the extra mile in ensuring that ‘Contact Reclamation’ had exactly what I require (pictures of the tiles and comparisons with other tiles). Fantastic customer service and communication. I live in the north east of England and was struggling to source roof tiles for my 1950s house. I contacted the company and Teresa has helped me from start to finish, she arranged for a courier to send the required tiles to me at 3 days notice. Cannot fault the service provided.
