Don't believe what these time wasters tell you on the phone or in person about the value of your scrap vehicle.

Especially don't believe them when they tell you what EMR will give you and how they are better. Call up EMR yourself and get double that.

Absolutely shocking prices.! I was quoted £25.00 for an electric window motor, which I had to remove Myself, from a 15 year old car. I will NEVER go there again. It used to be great years ago. Not now. I got the Window motor from a nearby yard for £10.00. the same day.

It's a little out of the way.i found the staff helpful and friendly.they had a good selection of spare parts ready to be purchased.i would recommend you phone first to check if they might have the part or car being dismantled first

I bought a car part from here that was too old and didn't do what it was supposed to do. When I bought the part, they pressured me into buying it quickly to get the money out of me before listening to what I was saying to them. I ended up with a part I didn't want and that didn't function properly because of this. One of the staff members was quite patronising and claimed I had damaged the old part myself, which wasn't true. I got ripped off by this company. I tried contacting them by email about the issue, but they either didn't receive my email or simply ignored it. I phoned them up and asked if they could exchange the part and they said they wouldn't exchange it. They also overcharge you. Some of their products are at least fifty percent more than their competitors and their guarantee policy is inadequate. I don't know if customers are expected to haggle but I've been overcharged at least once at this place.

I went to Cooper car spares when I enquired about some parts for my Mercedes. Ashley was very helpful as was the mechanic that removed my wing upon arriving I was shown to the vehicle and was left to decide on what parts I needed without any pressure which was great I decided to buy a wing. Ashley promptly told the mechanic to remove it straight away due to me coming from Derby and they removed it for me and had me on my way home very quickly they are decent and down to earth people with fair pricing.
