Had my car after accident logbook in my name still it was written off by another company nearly £8.000 of damage written off funny thing is got full year mot no advisorys ir that it even had accident bloody disgrace

Won't allow another of my cars to be sold by them wasn't made aware they even had it after accident got a check from them for £23.55 so basically 1/10 of its scrap value

Did not show full pictures of damage. When i made a complaint they said I should had paid for the virtual video which add more costs. They said car was running. Due to no petrol left in tank and battery dead my driver couldn't check it. Once a new battery was put in we discovered a load noise in engine. Made complaint but they don't want to know. Avoid this company at all costs.

They are working very hard to hide the defects/damages of the vehicle's they sell. I won the auction of a car presented with "mechanical damage", and a 5 star preparation of it, from the photos was looking immaculate, therefore I inclined to bid much higher for it. I also paid for the delivery, i waited 15 days, then i decided to collect it myself, as they "didn't had any update on the delivery" at my daily calls. When I got the car I also got a big surprise, it had huge marking on the windshield with "FLOOD". I got a mechanic to inspect the car, and indeed the damage was Flood/water and not Mechanical as Copart stated. The story is much more, but I will stop here with this. Won't recommend, if possible avoid.

There are have book on appointment to collect my daughter car. On day she got message that collection was cancel. I have call company and tak to lady name Maria. I must say I was little rude, but she was very professional and friendly. After explain the cancellation and the problem, Maria sorted everything for us and arrange same day collection. 10000% recommended and top customer service. Thank you very much for your help.
