I bought a car from Copart Corby that was listed as “Run and Drive.” However, when I went to collect it, the car wouldn’t drive at all. On top of that, I booked delivery through Copart, and they initially promised a timeframe of 5-10 working days. It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received the car.
The customer service is absolutely useless – they have no idea when the car will be delivered and provide no clear updates. Every time I contact them, I get the same vague responses with no real solutions.

Overall, my experience with Copart Corby has been terrible. Misleading listings, unreliable delivery, and poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend Copart to anyone. Avoid them if you can!

Went to collect my things from my written-off car.
The car park was pretty rough and muddy but the man in charge was brilliant - extremely helpful and accommodating.
Very short wait for my car to be brought out.

I would like to start by saying lovely staff from the gates and reception. Here is my issue, the toilets were absolutely disgusting, traumatising actually. I would attach a photo to but I’m sure it violates Google guidelines. I told the manager or the man who claims he’s manager my concern very politely and it was he’s response is what led me here. He’s response was “I will not be dipping into my company’s profits just to clean the toilets” I asked if he would use that toilet himself he said no we have clean ones inside so I walked out. There is no ways that toilet had be cleaned recently. I will be visiting the site soon again and if I see the same sight I’ll be back with another negative review. I’m not angry I’m disappointed
