Copart Sandtoft

Left my car for sale at sandtoft yard, and when I want to collect my car after days of bid, the driver bring the car while I was in the office waiting it, after a quick check found out that the car is damaged and missing part from inside the car, the lady from the office was surprised by the situation and opened a complain case, but nobody come back to me to tell what going on? Cost to repair my car getting higher, and sure the sale price will be dropped down because of the irresponsibility of the driver or somone else from copart team.

Hannah and suzie were absolutely amazing. I was running late and they really helped me out, can’t thank them enough. Best Copart location I’ve been, staff are really friendly.

I purchased a car from Sandtoft copart yard on 24 June the car has hidden damages that were not mentioned and it shouldn’t be there!because from the pictures there weren’t! I asked the members they accepted that the damages shouldn’t be there and I have to refund for the damages or they should fix it! I was held in waiting for them to find me a solution but after half a day they said that I have to make complaint over the website anytime! I got back home I tried but for some reasons it had been rejecting to make complaints.a few days later when I eventually made it, they came back to me and refused to pay any money for the issues!and also the person convicted me for lying them! So any time you have an issue NEVER EVER trust them find a solution within the yard at the the same time otherwise you will be scammed like me!!! However the manager in the Sandtoft yard is absolutely annoying and so rude.

2 keys then no keys How! Car clearly shows 2 keys hanging from rear view mirror and ignition on. Now no keys I bet engine is gone. That’s why no keys now

I can't believe that this started happening more often. From over 6 months await for load is ridiculous. I was on almost every copart around UK and never had problems like this one. These photos are from today. Over 20 recovery trucks wait for load. Some people still wait from morning... When you trying to ask staff about something they are really rude... I'm not surprised that none of drivers/other people wants to work in this Copart.

I’ve booked a virtual viewing at SANDTOFT and the person who rang me ( ahsan ) helped for the second time and he was very helpful and showed me around the car without rushing me like some of the other Copart branch’s that’s why I like to buy from SANDTOFT the customer service is good if you are looking to buy a car from SANDTOFT I really recommend to do a virtual booking with ahsan he will help you out a lot

Sandtoft is a super depot the vehicle i had to collect wouldn't start the staff we're very helpful to get me up and running for my journey back down to Charing in Kent special thanks go out to Asnan the guy with the on site Volvo estate car he really took his time to help me 5+ star service from me great team and yes i drove the van back down to Kent without a problem, Thanks Copart team all the best regards Martin

Rang and asked for a personal item back that was in a car I had written off. They said they would send it by post and I never recieved anything... They also still selling the damaged vehicle with my private plate on and are identifying it with this reg on the auction site. which has been retained by myself and should've been taken off. The number plate is not apart of this vehicle any longer. And DVLA would've notified coparts office
