Everything went smoothly. The forklift driver was a cool bloke. The car was already in the car park, but I was unable to move the trailer at that moment. I asked him to load the car, and he did so very well. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name.

I recommend everyone to choose a different company than Copart because there’s thieves amongst them who stole half a tank of diesel from my car. Even though it was clearly stated the car was going to be safe in their hands. When I e-mailed them about it and sent them proof they didn’t even have the decency to respond.

I’ve been using Copart for a while now and never had any issues until now. This yard is an absolute pain to deal with. I won a car and ordered delivery, everything was going smooth but then I got told the delivery address was outside the region where Copart can deliver to. So I asked them what the options were and they said they would hand it off to a third party and they would delivery it for me but for an additional charge. As I had already paid a couple hundred quid for delivery I accepted. Now they missed the initial delivery date after they sent me a text saying that their coming which honestly is fine as mistakes happen i just got told they would reschedule to next week. Next week comes and goes nothings here so I give them a ring and ask them where it is and they said it’s gonna be delivered on Friday. Bear in mind now I’ve been waiting over 2-3 weeks for the car. So I explain to them that it’s not going to work as I’m going on holiday so I would need to get the address changed to which I got told that’s fine on the phone but it won’t be delivered on that day. Then the day comes (today) I’ve got no text or call from anyone and I give them a call just to find out it’s going to the wrong address. Now there’s no one there to collect it or accept delivery and Copart aren’t willing to accept the mistake on their part. Absolutely horrendous

I recently encountered the most arrogant and unhelpful employee in my entire trading career.
I bought a car and went to collect it myself from copart sandwich, and when I arrived the lady at the left side of the front desk completely ignored me.
I told her we made a payment and she said you sent it to the wrong place. Leaving me baffled and concerned. I then checked all the information with my bank and copart finance team to find out that I had sent the payment to the right place and copart payments system was down. I asked her if I could pay in store (knowing I will get a refund after my payment cleared and the software was running) She said No! When I asked her what can I do she ignored me and said I can’t help you. How rude.
AFTER WAITING 30 minutes I spoke the to very kind man in front of her desk Mr Alen who was soo helpful and so kind who called the finance team and confirmed the Failed Software issue so he told me to just wait a bit.
AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS. The software system still couldn’t see my payment and I asked is there anything else I can do. The rude and arrogant lady then turns around and says yes you can pay directly from the website. WHY WOULD YOU NOT SAY THIS IN THE BEGINNING !! you let me sit there stressed out and panicking after I asked how else can I pay twice and you ignored me !!

Staff were vert professional and very friendly. They provide me with any paperwork I requested, and allowed me to take my personal property from my car they were holding. The staff are a good example of good practice.

What a friendly bunch! Arrived to collect my vehicle and instantly greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful yard supervisor ( ex lorry driver) informed him I was running slightly before my time slot…. “No problem mate, we’ll get you loaded straight away “. Absolute gentleman and what a breath of fresh air this guy is! Well done! And thank you !

Would never recommend anyone buy anything from the sandwich Copart yard the office staff are not helpful one bit meant to have a delivery today and been ignored got told driver was on way at 12:27 and no one has come so quick to take money I will be logging a formal complaint about this sandwich Copart as they steal your money and give you nothing
