Fast and efficient service to recover items after car written off. Appointment needed and only open Monday - Friday.
They brought vehicle to allocated bay by a digger so transfer of goods was very easy.

I would not recommend buying a car that comes from Westbury Copart. They need shutting down! Purposely miss-advertising cars conditions. Manager of this site needs sacking!!

Took daughter to recover contents from her car which insurance had written off. Relatively easy to find. Booked in at the front office where barriers are and they let us know what needed to be done. Easy procedure.

I do not recommend this place because they are not serious!!! I purchased lot 50928474, when picking up the car the engine did not start, being checked by the staff there! Pictures are made to hide other flaws too! Those who load them enter them with a cracked speed and the front bumper! They told me that I have to pick up the car so that I don't have to pay any other costs until the complaint is resolved! I paid £746 + £150 fuel, lost 2 days. After a complaint they give me my money back £746 with nothing else. For their fault I have to pay

Despite being there because our beloved car was stolen I cannot fault copart, they brought my car round and we were left to do what we needed, take personal items, take photos and videos etc no one hurried us. The lady at the desk was so nice and helped us a lot. I have made several calls to CoPart leading to this trip and everyone was very helpful.

Very bad attitude at the entrance office
Very slow and the young girl has no manner and she is very rude. I simply asked her if the car I am going to pick up has a logbook VC5 she refused and shut the window in my face.

I think Copart needs to look into that and bring a helpful and trained handler at the entrance. Not anyone has to seat there.

The staff are really good here, I use Copart very regularly and Westbury is definitely my favourite yard to collect from. The forklift drivers are good and the staff at the gate are helpful. I had a deadlocked car dropped off recently and a bloke named Richard came along and got the keys out within 5 minutes. There’s a reason Westbury has a better rating than most other branches, as the staff seem like they actually care.
