Supposed to pick my brother's written off car up today but noone has turned up. Got a call from them just after 4pm and said as I was his sister she will need to confirm that is ok to deal with me (I had arranged it all in the first place), she would call me back... Nothing. Waited in all day for them. Not impressed.

I would give them 0 star
I won the car on the lot everything on like screen and navigation
They put pictures on the lot too
But unfortunately They took it off the screen and navigation system before they send me the car
Don’t ever trust them!!!!! Someone works for them for sure they did that
And they don’t care at all
I emailed them 2 times!!!

0 Score! Beware of Copart's Deceptive Practices – Missing Parts and Misleading Advertising.

I am utterly disgusted with Copart and their blatant false advertising. I purchased a vehicle through their auction, expecting it to match the photos they provided. However, when my transportation guy loaded the car onto the truck, he took pictures, and lo and behold—both the rear lights and stereo were missing!

This is nothing short of a scam. Copart's photos showed a complete vehicle, but what I received was far from it. It’s clear that these crucial parts were removed after the auction photos were taken, leaving me with a vehicle that is essentially worthless. This kind of deceptive behavior is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, their terms and conditions state they won’t refund transportation costs, which is just adding insult to injury. I had no choice but to pay for the transportation, only to find out I’ve been completely misled. Copart has caused me significant financial loss, and they seem to think they can get away with it.

I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from Copart to think twice. This company is dishonest, misleading, and clearly does not care about its customers. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere—Copart is not to be trusted.

Currently sitting here waiting for my car to be delivered. Already 2 hours late, this guy is delivering cars at 1am - still waiting. Do not go for the delivery service with Copart, it is the biggest mistake I’ve made

The " careful and profesional" people are damaging the car when mooving them like garbage with a caterpillar engine. In my case, front bumper destroyed although it was clean on the pictures....

Absolutely rubbish service, I sent my car for being sold only needed 2 things doing to it.. the amount of b.s they wrote on the advert and make your car sound like something it's not. After numerous emails when item was listed no one responded, until the auction had finished the service is rubbish I really would not waste my time again... and people be careful when sending your cars in they make your car sound like scrap. They are very rude, and a big company like this I did not expect to be treated like rubbish. Waste of time waste of space over the whole network of car trading...
