The thing with:
“At the time the vehicle arrived at Copart’s location, Copart verified" is just to was their hands,if I could come there to check the car then I wouldn't buy it online,right?So as a customer I trust the company but when I received the car had already a tow peg in front and the delivery guys said they loaded with the fork lift!
It's been 3 months and nobody is asking to my mails or complaints and on the phone I get sent to different numbers and mails all the time with no result.

Shameful service make multiple excuses why they can’t collect your car. If I wasn’t making an attempt to phone them on a daily basis absolutely nothing would have been done. If you have e sure car insurance they will pass you onto these idiots. (Wolverhampton Branch/Wombourne) avoid at all costs or it will cost you!

Next time if you drain fuel in a car that meant to be sold on auction ,make sure to put everything on the place.As i fixed my new purchase and filling tank fully on fuel station I have left 20 pounds of fuel on the ground! If i would no be aware I would catch fire and loose a lot !

Big shout out to shantay who was a superstar and is the biggest asset to Copart Wolverhampton someone who actually listens to the customers and reacts quickly to resolve what ever issue u have and who actually called me back when do Copart ever call u back when there say? Can’t praise you enough too good to be working at Copart wish u all the best
